About me
You're... tired of being tired,
... tired of taking your anti-depressant medication religiously with little or no effect,
... you feel lost,
...you don't feel like yourself anymore,
...you don't know when last you felt "normal"
You would like to gain control of your mental health and your life and I'm so pleased that you have landed on my page for me to help you achieve this.
Mental health is complex, I understand that I use an integrated approach to helping you feel better, gain control, feel energized and "normal" again.
I am a Nutritional Therapist, and no it doesn't mean I will ONLY talk about food. As a Nutritional Therapist:
- I dive into your health history,
- understand your triggers,
- understand what has happened in your life up until now to get you to this point
I then create a personalized plan for YOU that will include:
- nutrition,
- lifestyle,
- environmental, and
- supplement advice.
I also like to use functional testing to help understand what is happening in your body physiologically, finding reasons why you may be feeling the way you are.
This integrated, multi-level approach enables you to live your fullest and happiest life. Health is complicated, it is NOT a quick fix, it requires commitment from you and me, I will help you be accountable.
Contact me today for a complimentary 20-minute call so that we can get to know each other a little more, and begin your journey.
