About me

I am absolutely saddened every day to read and hear about the stories of people like you who are suffering from depression, anxiety, brain fog, feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally drained every day.

You're... tired of being tired,
... you feel lost,
...you don't feel like yourself anymore,
...you don't know when last you felt "normal".

You would like to gain control of your mental health and your life and I'm so pleased that you have landed on my page for me to help you achieve this.

Mental health is complex, I understand that I use an integrated approach to helping you feel better, gain control, and feel energized and "normal" again.

I am a Nutritional Therapist, and no it doesn't mean I will ONLY talk about food. As a Nutritional Therapist:
- I dive into your health history,
- understand your triggers,
- understand what has happened in your life up until now to get you to this point.

I use functional testing to help understand what is happening in your body physiologically, finding reasons why you may be feeling the way you are.

A personalized plan is created for YOU that will include:
- nutrition,
- lifestyle,
- environmental
- supplement advice.

That enables you to live your fullest and happiest life. Health is complicated, it is NOT a quick fix, it requires commitment from you and me, I will help you be accountable.  Contact me today for a complimentary 20-minute call so that we can get to know each other a little more, and begin your journey.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
