About me

I work as a nutritionist in both Greece and the UK, am passionate about my profession and committed to fulfilling my responsibilities towards my patients to the best of my ability. I aim to provide the best to my patients and improve their health and quality of life and help athletes simplify exactly what they need to do to perform by applying fundamental principles (combination of diet and exercise)

I am always enthusiastic about expanding my skills and knowledge in regard to nutrition science, and I have consistently demonstrated great zeal and hard work in whatever educational or employment opportunities I have undertaken and have achieved success. I feel I am friendly and a very socially motivated person and I can mix and work with other people providing exceptional and quality service.

I love my profession as it is a way for me to contribute to a greater cause, the welfare of others.  I have a particular interest in aspects of sports nutrition.
Nutrition is a decisive factor for health, but this relationship is characterized by high complexity. I believe that nutrition is not just black and white, because a wide range of factors determines it.
I aim to help my patients discover their definition of health and which is the best way to achieve it regarding their unique circumstances. I also recognize the importance of exercise and mental health and their impact on nutrition and physical health. I am an advocate of the weight-inclusive approach to health and against any form of discrimination.
