About me
As a nutritional therapy practitioner, I work closely with clients who are looking to improve their health via nutritional therapy. I use a broad range of tools (questionnaires, food diaries, functional testing, etc.) to help identify and address underlying causes of clients’ health concerns. I do this by looking at health as a whole rather than just focusing on symptoms in order to help correct any imbalances and support the body towards maintaining health.
Using the functional medicine approach, I value that we are all biochemically unique, hence recommendations that work for one person with the same condition or symptoms may not necessarily work for another. Therefore, all the information I gather about a client is looked into holistically, on the individual level, rather than “one size fits all” approach. Based on the information, I will then prepare a personalised dietary, lifestyle, and supplement (if needed) programme, to help address potential contributing factors to clients’ symptoms and help achieve the best possible results. Recommendations are evidence-based, using the latest scientific research and unique to clients’ needs, goals, and current lifestyle.
