About me
I have been involved in the world of Nutrition for a long time, albeit not in the UK! Following the completion of my MSc in 2001 I began a career in the Humanitarian Sector working as a Nutrition Programme Manager overseeing the operations of the Rehabilitation Centres for malnourished children in several countries in Africa. A hugely rewarding profession but simultaniously heartbreaking! Fast forward to 2017, back in the UK, I took the decision to study to allow me to work again with people to improve their health through nutritional care, enrolling on a three year course with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and thus qualifying in 2019 as a Nutritional Therapist.
Today, alongside my humanitarian work, I run a part-time clinic, Adnama Health & Wellbeing, providing one-to-one consultations in Nutritional Therapy. At Adnama the focus is on your health and wellbeing using nutritional therapy.
Why not book a free 20 minute introductory call to discuss your issues and to see if we can work together.
