During the session, you will be able to tell me about your current situation and where you would like to be. I will share with you some tips you can put into action right away, and between us we can figure out which package is right for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A NUTRITION & HEALTH COACHING CONSULTATION
I offer personalised nutrition advice tailored just for YOU, based on how and what you like to eat, and what suits your lifestyle, combined with some gentle, encouraging support to help you reach your health goals.
Before you come to see me, I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire, which asks you about the symptoms that are bothering you, but also about your medical history, stress levels, physical activity level, sleep quality, and current diet so that I can start to get an idea about what is going on for you. At your appointment, you will have the chance to tell me all about the issues you are facing.
I will explain things simply, allowing you to ask all the questions you need to in order to understand your programme. I will give you a programme that’s easy to follow because I realise that everyone likes to make changes at their own pace.
Health coaching is not a quick fix. Even the most focused clients need a couple of appointments to get to grips with their new way of eating. Because everyone is different, I offer a variety of coaching packages ranging from just a few sessions to a programme that runs over a number of months.
Training, qualifications & experience
I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, I am a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Additionally, I am a Zest4life health coach, trained in offering motivational coaching and group programmes. I also attend regular professional seminars to keep up to date with the latest scientific research in my specialist areas, which enhances my clinical skills.
I specialise in women's health, skin, digestion and weight management. I have had a wealth of experience working with women to transform their diets, their health and their waistlines in London and New York. I am a mum so I understand the challenges of combining a healthy lifestyle with a busy family life and stressful job on top of it.
As an Ambassador of Jamie's Oliver Food Revolution I run local talks to inspire people to change their habits and diets.

I know from experience that the best way to get results is by working with clients for a longer period of time (usually eight weeks, three months or longer). It takes a little time to create healthy habits and a shiny new mindset around food.
I will create a personalised nutrition and coaching package just for you based on your health concerns, how you live your life, the kind of person you are and the level of support you are likely to need in order to reach your health goals.
I offer a face-to-face consultation in my office, in the comfort of your home (if you live in South East London) or on Skype or phone.
The programmes include:
Initial personal consultation (1 hour and 30 minutes, ideally in person but can also be by phone, Skype or FaceTime)
In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress
Individually tailored nutritional advice and guidance, including a personalised supplement protocol appropriate to your health requirements
Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation
Food diary analysis
Follow ups consultations (45 minutes, in person but can also be by phone, Skype or FaceTime)
Coaching sessions (15, 30 or 45 minutes - depending you your needs, in person or via phone, Skype or FaceTime)
Ongoing 1-1 support throughout the programme
Motivation, accountability and support to reach your health goal
Information pack containing Nutrition Success Formula booklet, meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists, eating plans, handouts and worksheets
Kitchen cabinets makeover/cleanse, easy and quick cooking demo, trip to your local supermarket, health food shop or farmer's markets (included only in the Premium Programme)
