I am passionate about helping you feel as good as you can through personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice. Whether you want to start a family, improve your mood, struggle with low energy, poor sleep or digestion or find it difficult reaching and maintaining your ideal weight, shouldn't you do something about it now?
In addition to nutritional guidance, I can help with supplement and diagnostic testing (such as allergy screens or nutritional status evaluation) for a range of health issues.
So how does it work?
1) Prior to the initial consultation you will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire and a 4-day food diary to complete.
2) During the initial consultation we will take an in-depth look at your current and past health concerns, as they may impact on your current health issues. A nutritional programme will be designed for your individual needs and goals with lifestyle recommendations, if appropriate. Supplements and diagnostic testing may also be recommended. Please feel free to ask any questions during this stage.
3) A Follow up consultation will take place at an agreed interval after the initial consultation in order to monitor and review your progress and make changes to your nutritional programme, if required.
I understand that it may be a bit challenging to incorporate new changes into your lifestyle, which is why I offer email support in between consultations to provide you the support you need to succeed.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have just completed an MSc in Personalised Nutrition at CNELM, Middlesex University. Prior to this, I graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) where I came in the top 5% of my year with a distinction and was awarded The Dian Shepperson Mills prize for Clinical Excellence.
I also holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
I am a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy.
