About me

Hi I’m Caren a Registered Nutritional Therapist with over 12 years’ experience helping people make positive changes to their diet so that they feel and look healthier.
I have a special interest in women approaching or over 40 who are managing busy lives and are aiming for more energy, stable moods and a sense of control over their weight.
Good nutrition isn’t about avoiding all of the foods you enjoy! It is about making simple, practical changes that become a way of life and give your body the nutrients that it needs to thrive.
I would love to work with you to create a realistic eating pattern that fits into your lifestyle. You will receive tailormade meal guides, recipes, shopping lists and supplement advice. I will be with you, (cheering you on!) via email, Zoom and phone calls to make sure that the adjustments become habits that you can follow in the long term.
Making small changes to what you eat in can have a big impact on your wellbeing. Whether you have a specific health concern or just want advice on how to improve your existing diet please give me a call. I’m happy to chat through how we can kick start your journey towards better health and wellbeing.

HOW I CAN HELP
One Month Programme - £165
Consistently eating food that provides nourishment to your body can make a big difference to how you feel.
It’s not always easy to establish new eating habits but having a framework to follow together with support and accountability will help you to reach your health goal.
And don’t worry – I’m not going to suggest kale smoothies and quinoa (unless you like them!). The meal suggestions will fit in with your likes, dislikes and lifestyle.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. Additional information

Please give me a call or drop me an email with any questions, there is no pressure to book an appointment as you may wish to think about it and come back to me when you are ready.

Initial Consultation - Cost £165

The first consultation usually takes just over an hour and establishes exactly what you want to achieve from any dietary changes. A health history will be taken, together with details of your current lifestyle, food intake and of course your likes and dislikes! Based on this information I will suggest changes to your diet that will help you to achieve your health goals. I can also provide meal plans, shopping lists, recipes and, if necessary, supplement suggestions.

Follow-Up Consultation - Cost £90

Follow-up consultations may be required to assess your progress and the number of sessions required depends on the individual case. The follow up consultation enables me to monitor how you are getting on and as your health improves, I will revise your programme accordingly. If you are finding it difficult to implement any part of your programme, I can adjust the prescription to help you make changes more effectively.
