About me

I'm an experienced Nutritionist, and expert in women's hormonal health.

All my consultations are on Zoom or by phone.

I work with perimenopausal and menopausal women who feel that their hormones are ruling their life.

Using nutrition, hormone testing (if necessary), natural supplements and lifestyle changes, I help women take control of their hormones, and experience that midlife can be their best life.

My vision is to re-brand hormone changes in mid-life, removing the stigma and showing that it is a natural phase of life (much like puberty) that can be gone through with grace and ease if the body is in balance. My dream is that one day women will no longer fear changing hormones, but instead embrace them as a beautiful and well-earned stage of life.

If you’d like to know how I can help you manage your symptoms naturally, please book a call with me.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

Every day I speak to women who feel their hormones are out of control.
They are struggling with poor sleep, low energy, mood swings, irregular and heavy periods, brain fog. Often they’ve been told this is just part of getting older and they just need to get through it.

I want every woman to know that you don’t have to just put up with out-of-control hormones. Using nutrition, functional testing (if necessary), lifestyle changes and targeted supplements, I help women see that midlife can be their best life.

Tell me if this sounds familiar?

- You’re waking up at 3am every morning, your mind going crazy, worrying over every small detail of the day before, and that’s it - sleep is over for the night!
