About me

Hi! My name is Sharon. I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and I've worked with many women to help lower their stress levels and raise their energy!

I mostly work with women with 'peri' symptoms and have had great results working on their gut health/lowering inflam* levels/ looking at their stress and really focusing in on their diet and nutrient status and of course, supplements (if needed).

I have a mini meno* course coming soon - keep eyes peeled for that.

The mini course will help you back on track with those pesky hormones, energy levels, achy joints, skin issues and sleepless nights (hot flashes are not nice).

I also deal A LOT with gut issues.

You may know that GUT HEALTH has a lot to do with our overall health - and it is something I'm super passionate about.

Once you're feeding your gut what it needs for optimal health, then this massively impacts all areas of health, for instance:

  • Thyroid health
  • Joint pain
  • Autoimmune conditions
  • Skin complaints
  • Stress
  • Fatigue
  • Hormonal symptoms

A large part of how I help clients is to look at their gut health. This is a priority because without good gut integrity it can lead to lots of different conditions - not just physically but mentally too.  The Gut-Brain connection is well understood now, and once we get our gut healed we naturally heal our mind too.

So, what happens in a consultation?

🔸I want to make sure you're getting the right amount and variety of nutrients, so you will complete a diet diary for 7 days leading up to the consultation;

🔸In a 1:1 (usually on zoom) we go through an in-depth questionnaire that covers all of the body systems so we can get to the root cause of your symptoms;

🔸You'll get a report at the end detailing your plan of action;

🔸Supplement advice and 15% off any supplements ordered through me (if needed - and you can continue to receive this discount going forward);

🔸A lovely recipe pack to get you started with ideas for meal planning;

🔸My 30 recipe smoothie pack too! Honestly, it's delicious.

🔸..... and I'm always at the end of an email - I don't like to keep you hanging 😊

All for £99. Get in touch if you have any questions - sharonraenutrition@gmail.com

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine). I also attend seminars, webinars and courses to keep my CPD (continued professional development) up-to-date.

I have a great interest in how our diet, nutrient status and lifestyle can play such a large part in how we feel; mind and body are completely connected and more and more research is coming out about the connection between our gut and brain; in fact, the gut is referred to as 'our second brain'.
