About me

My goal is to help you to achieve a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and physical activity to support your health. With a non-restrictive and evidence-based approach to healthy eating and physical activity, I can support you to achieve your nutrition and health goals. I provide one-to-one individual nutrition consultations along with family nutrition consultations. My expertise is in weight management, nutrition for disease prevention, plant-based diets and general healthy eating support. 

Training, qualifications & experience

  • MSc Nutrition for Global Health (distinction)
  • BSc (Hons) Medical Physiology and Therapeutics
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor

I have strong experience in delivering public health nutrition advice at individual and community-based level. I have worked in both private and public health settings delivering health assessments, child weight management services and providing personalised dietary and lifestyle advice. I have worked with children and adults from diverse communities and backgrounds and competent in providing culturally relevant advice.

Association for Nutrition

The Association for Nutrition is the professional body for the regulation and registration of nutritionists, including public health nutritionists, exercise nutritionists, and animal nutritionists.

The Association aims to protect the public and promote wellbeing by admitting to the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) only those who demonstrate high ethical and quality standards, founded on evidence-based science.

It sets proficiency and competence criteria, promotes continuing professional development and safe conduct, and accredits university undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
