About me

Are you living with feeling sluggish and bloated? Do you get frequent abdominal pain? I specialise in the management of digestive complaints that cause unpleasant symptoms such as pain, bloating, too loose or too hard stools. I have helped numerous clients discover what is causing their symptoms and helped them to transform their well being to give them back control of their digestion and their lives. I have a masters degree in clinical nutrition and a PhD in nursing studies, both from the University of Nottingham. I love working with people to find them ways of eating that minimise their unpleasant digestive symptoms but allow them to continue eating foods and flavours that they love.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Bachelor of Nursing degree, a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition and a PhD in Nursing Studies, all from the University of Nottingham.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
