About me
A Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner & Registered Nutritionist.
Fully regulated (mBANT, rCNHC) and Insured (Balens).
Bespoke, targeted and confidential nutrition, diet and lifestyle 1:2:1 Consultations, specialising in brain health, skin health and gut health.
April 2024 - currently studying the ReCODE programme; specialist training in Nutritional Therapy for brain & cognitive support/decline (Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease).

1:2:1 Consultations
Offered in-person and online. These are ideal for those wanting to invest in their health & wellness, either to optimise and safeguard their overall health, or for any chronic health concerns to discover and redress the root causes of those niggling health problems that you have postponed addressing ... until now! My 1:2:1 Consultations come in three beautifully-packaged programmes; Bronze, Silver or Gold (contact options range between four - 11 months).
Pantry Purifications
An onsite service reorganising kitchen & larger cupboards to mitigate the decision-making stress when it comes to meal preparations, and empowering you to make the most healthful choices whatever the gastronomic occasion.
Corporate Presentations
Offered onsite or online, these are ideal for workplace wellness lunches/days. This service typically includes a 45 minute talk with 15 minutes of questions afterwards. (Optional follow-up 30 minute 'Discovery Consultations' can be offered on request for a small extra cost.)
Training, qualifications & experience
Fully qualified Graduate of The Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
Specialist areas of nutrition support: skin health (Eczema) and brain health (April 2024 - currently studying for a specialist qualification in the ReCODE Protocol specifically for brain health & cognitive support (for mild cognitive impairment, Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease).
Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

1:2:1 Consultation Programme fees start at £495 but vary according to the length and type of Package; Bronze (four months), Silver (seven months) or Gold (eleven months). Please enquire for further details.
Corporate Presentation fees start at £250 but will vary according to the location and audience numbers. Please enquire for details.
The 2.5 hour Pantry Purification fee is £250 however a small additional fee may be applied depending on the site location. Please enquire for further details.
