A Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specialising in nutrition, diet & lifestyle for Brain health (with emphasis on programmes to prevent or slow the progression of Dementia & Alzheimer's Disease) and skin health (focusing on management & mitigation of chronic inflammatory skin conditions).

If you want to alleviate the complexities of making balanced, healthful and enjoyable ingredients, food and meal choices this Service is for you.

An onsite service reorganising kitchen cupboards to mitigate the decision-making stress when it comes to meal preparations, and empowering you to make the most healthful choices whatever the gastronomic occasion.

Corporate Presentations

Offered onsite or online, these are ideal for workplace wellness lunches/days. This service typically includes a 45 minute talk with 15 minutes of questions afterwards.  (Optional follow-up 30 minute 'Discovery Consultations' can be offered on request for a small extra cost.)

Fully qualified Graduate of The Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

I am a qualified and certified ReCODE 2.0 Practitioner offering ongoing cognition monitoring through MoCA testing (a 20 minute questionnaire testing visuo-spatial skills), alongside creating bespoke nutrition protocols for protecting Brain health both as a preventative measure for protecting Brain health as early in life as possible, and for early-stage Dementia diagnosis, (as diagnosed by a medical professional).

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

BANT
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists. There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member. All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

1:2:1 Consultation Programme fees start at £495 but vary according to the length and type of Package; Bronze (four months), Silver (seven months) or Gold (eleven months).  Please enquire for further details.

Corporate Presentation fees start at £250 but will vary according to the location and audience numbers.  Please enquire for details.

The 2.5 hour Pantry Purification fee is £250 however a small additional fee may be applied depending on the site location.  Please enquire for further details.
