About me

Hi, I'm Kate and I specialise in helping women over 40 to have more energy, lose weight, reduce brain fog and bloating so they can feel energised, confident and happy again!

I use a holistic and personalised approach to help my clients to achieve great results. Plus I offer testing such as the food intolerance test, gut health test and hair mineral analysis to get to the root cause of your health issues.

I'm a fully qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist based in Crawley, West Sussex, RH10. I cover areas including Crawley, Horley, Salfords, Redhill, Copthorne, East Grinstead and Horsham.

I offer one-to-one 12 week nutrition programmes at my private practice in Crawley, or via phone or Zoom. Also I'm available for home visits within a 10 mile radius.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the transformation my clients experience after going through my programme.

My client Val felt apprehensive about whether it would work, but it did! She's glad she came to see me. She feels energised. Over the last month she's lost nearly a stone. She's able to walk up the stairs one by one.  She now has the energy to exercise and she's going out more.”

I am so happy for Val and the improvements she has already seen in her quality of life!

I work best people who are committed to following the plan and who take action. They know what they want, they follow my suggestions.

When you're ready to learn more about how my 12 week programme can help you and so I will know whether or not we're a good fit to work together, book a 30 minute discovery call.

My Story

I became interested in nutrition after using diet to recover from severe fatigue that left me housebound. I had visited a Naturopathic Nutritionist who did a food intolerances and recommended that I remove beef, cow’s dairy, yeast and sugar from my diet. She also did a test and detected that I had Epstein Barr virus and a yeast infection. After a few weeks of changing my diet and taking the recommended supplements, I had a lot more energy. After further improving my diet I went on to make a full recovery.

As a result I am now passionate about teaching others how to use nutrition to improve their health. I specialise in helping women in their 40s and 50s with fatigue, brain fog and I.B.S-type symptoms using the Fatigue-Fighting System so they can have more energy to exercise, socialise and get things done.

How I work

Firstly, in the initial consultation I will take your medical history and current symptoms. Next I will explain the diet changes and supplements that I recommend. After the appointment I will email you a personalised nutrition plan, targeted supplement plan with any drug-nutrient interactions and relevant handouts. Your plan is advised to be followed until your next appointment.

During the follow up appointments we will speak about how you are finding the plan and make any changes as necessary.

The benefits of getting nutritional advice can include:

  • More energy
  • Less brain fog
  • Improved digestion
  • Reduced bloating
  • Less pains
  • Refreshing sleep
  • Weight loss

“Kate was really helpful in helping me combat my fatigue, she provided me with a diet and supplement plan that was very in-depth but also easy to follow. Since doing the plan with Kate I have had a lot more energy to do the things I love. Kate was very knowledgeable and provided me with lots of helpful information. I’m very glad that I went to see Kate and I recommend her highly.”

Michaela F, Crawley

A.P, Crawley
“I come back to you because you are very knowledgeable. You are kind and I can tell you want to help me. Thank you for your time and seeing me at short notice. I will give your phone number out to my friends.”

Jessica Ryan, Horley
“Since I started with Kate a month ago, I’ve lost 1 stone. The dinner salad recipes from the meal plan are quick and tasty. I never thought I would crave an omelette! My head aches are not as often. I’ve only had two this week and I was having them everyday. I’ve been able to reduce my medication. I have better energy and I’m not having to sleep so much. Overall I’m feeling better in the day.”

Valerie Mills, Horley
“I felt apprehensive about whether it would work, but it did! I’m glad I came to see Kate. I feel energised. Over the last month I’ve lost nearly a stone. The swelling in my legs has gone down and I’m able to walk up the stairs one by one. I now have the energy to exercise and I’m going out more.”

Tracy Pascucci, Horsham
“I began my journey with Kate in early January in a place where I felt
a high level of mental stress and physical exhaustion and an inability to help myself despite having tried in various ways. Despite this I was highly motivated to finding somebody who had the skills to help me. After considering several options, Kate’s approach seemed the right fit for me. The initial phone call to establish if I would be the right fit for her therapy gave me further confirmation that I was making the right choice.

For several months, I had been suffering from disturbed sleep, aching joints, fatigue, extreme sugar cravings while trying to hold down a full-time job, run the family home and look after my two teenagers. The struggle to hold everything together meant that I had little time to myself and when I did it was not enjoyable because I felt so exhausted and stressed.

Every step of the way throughout the 12 week programme, Kate has helped me to make small changes, which have led to a huge positive shift in my mental and physical wellbeing. She has combined recommended supplements, dietary changes and lifestyle adjustments tailor made to my needs and those of my family. The personalised two weekly plans helped give me the structure to implement changes at a reasonable pace as well as showing the progression of what we have achieved together.

Kate has a calm, reassuring manner and listens carefully so that she can
recommend meals and foods that have become a staple in my diet. She also taps into any emotional obstacles which may be affecting your mind and body.

I felt my energy levels shifting in a positive direction within the first month and the quality of my sleep improved. As a result I also started to enjoy my weekly hobby of singing in a choir and performing in a yearly
pantomime again. I also rejoined my local gym after 4 years. I am
enjoying the exercise immensely and have also started to attend a
yoga class.

All in all, Kate has given me a valuable gift. Energy is our life force
and without it I had a low quality of life. 12 weeks ago I started to
enjoy my life again. It is something I will always be truly grateful
to Kate for.”
