I'm Juliette, a London-based Nutritional Therapist registered with BANT and the CNHC.
My goal is for you to become more aware of how what you eat affects the way you feel and to help you feel happy and energised through dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Do you feel tired all the time but have no idea why? Do you struggle with high levels of stress or other chronic health issues and want to get to the root of them?
I discovered the power of nutrition 10 years ago when I became very unwell. Following a big stress and a viral infection, I experienced symptoms including high stress, tics, sensory symptoms, chronic sinus infections and intense head pressure. The conventional route did very little for me which meant I had to take my recovery into my own hands.
My areas of interest include gut health, stress management, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, hormonal & skin health as well as inflammatory conditions.
Ten people in a room could be presenting with the exact same symptoms but have a completely different root cause which is why each session needs to be highly personalised. Instead of simply masking symptoms, nutritional therapy will empower you with the knowledge and understanding of the drivers and underlying imbalances.
My approach is dynamic, supportive and scientifically-backed. After carrying out a thorough case history, I will give you bespoke food and supplement recommendations. Private testing will occasionally be required in order to assess and identify the underlying imbalances.
I am a huge believer in the four pillars of good health - balanced nutrition, relaxation & emotional health, sleep and movement - and will often make lifestyle recommendations to complement nutritional advice.
