About me

I'm Juliette,  Nutritional Therapist registered with BANT and the CNHC based in North West London and Huxley.

Feeling tired all the time isn't 'normal'.  Bloating every day isn't 'normal'.  Painful periods are not 'normal'. It is very easy to normalise symptoms when you've experienced them for so long when they are actually there for a reason, nudging us towards better health!

My goal is to empower you with the tools to help yourself through personalised food and lifestyle tweaks, to help you feel healthier, more energised and happy within yourself.

If you've been experiencing niggling symptoms for a long time or would like to gain more understanding around what a balanced diet looks like for you, nutritional therapy can help. Do you struggle with high levels of stress, persistent gut symptoms, hormonal imbalances, sleep disturbances or  skin issues?

I discovered the power of nutrition 10 years ago during a health crisis and none of the medications I was prescribed helped. Worse still, many gave me terrible side-effects.  After a lot of trial and error, I decided to take my health in my own hands.

My areas of interest include gut health, stress management, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, hormonal & skin health, cardiovascular as well as other inflammatory conditions.

Every session in highly personalised. Why? Ten people in a room could be presenting with the exact same symptoms but have a completely different root cause.

My approach is dynamic, supportive and scientifically-backed. Private testing will occasionally be required in order to assess and identify the underlying imbalances.

When thinking about your health plan, the four pillars of good health will be considered, which are balanced nutrition, relaxation & emotional health, sleep and movement. I will often make lifestyle recommendations to complement nutritional advice.
