Juliette discovered the transformative power of nutrition over 10 years ago during her own health crisis. This sparked a deep interest in the power of nutrition, leading her to retrain at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. This personal journey ignited her passion for empowering others find their path to feeling good through evidence-based, personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Unlike one-size-fits-all approaches, Juliette develops personalised nutrition plans that address your specific needs and underlying imbalances. Her patients consistently report not only symptom relief but a renewed sense of energy and wellbeing they hadn't experienced in years.
Juliette's approach is dynamic, supportive and scientifically-backed. She will consider all four pillars of good health which are balanced nutrition, relaxation & emotional health, sleep and movement.
