About me
Hi, I’m Juliet and I am a registered Associate Nutritionist and Health Coach, and I help women in their 40’s and 50’s struggling with weight gain, lack of energy, mood swings, trouble sleeping or brain fog. I work with you to identify your goals and work with you using behavioural change techniques to help you to succeed. I do not believe in fad diets or short-term goals. I can help you to make long term sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle that will have a massive impact on your health and wellbeing.
My Services
I offer one-to-one nutrition consultations in my virtual clinic. I work with women to teach them a new way of eating and to help them make small, achievable changes to their diet and lifestyle that become a way of life. I make sure that all my advice is personalised to suit your needs and backed by scientific research.
I won’t make you eat or drink things that you don’t like (although fruit and vegetables are vital) and I won’t judge you for your current lifestyle. I will use my nutrition knowledge together with health coaching and behaviour change techniques to help you to banish diet culture and get back to eating real food without worrying about calories or macros.
I offer three different twelve-week programmes depending on your needs. I believe that the real magic happens when I can work with you for at least twelve weeks so that I can give you guidance and support and give you accountability. It’s one thing to know what to do to make changes but putting it into practice can be daunting and that is where I can help.
