About me

Hi, I’m Juliet and I am a registered nutritionist and health coach, offering one-to-one consultations in my virtual clinic. I help women in perimenopause and midlife, as well as those managing insulin resistance, hypertension, or raised cholesterol, to make simple, achievable changes to their diet and lifestyle for lasting results.

My approach is personalised, science-backed, and practical—focusing on real food, not restrictive diets. I won’t ask you to eat foods you dislike (though fruit and vegetables are essential!), and there’s no judgment about your current habits. Instead, I use nutrition expertise, health coaching, and behaviour change techniques to help you ditch diet culture, improve your health, and build habits that last.

My Services

I offer a range of nutrition services to suit different needs:

12-Week One-to-One Programs – Personalised support and accountability to help you make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. These programs are designed to provide expert guidance over time, ensuring lasting results.

One-Off Health MOT – A 60-minute consultation where I review your medical health, food diary, and lifestyle, providing tailored recommendations to help you move forward with confidence.

Group Programs – A few times per year, I run interactive group programs focusing on nutrition, hormone balance, and healthy habits, offering education, motivation, and community support.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
