About me

I'm Jenny, an integrative oncology nutritionist providing personalised food and lifestyle support for adults.  My approach is tailored to the needs of the individual, their tumour type & unique physiology.

During our time together you can expect:

  • an improved quality of life
  • less side effects from treatment (acute & chronic)
  • faster recovery from surgery
  • potentially improve efficacy of treatment
  • better sleep & resilience to stress
  • to feel empowered, reduce fear & provide reassurance for food & lifestyle choices.
  • reduced risk of disease recurrence
  • give you the tools to take your health into your hands now & for the long term

I provide a fully individualised, approach to your care, taking into account your entire medical history, family history, previous diagnosis, stress & trauma, exposure to toxins, evaluating your gut health, hormones, overall immune system health over your lifetime - it all helps to build up a picture of what makes you, you.

Through the use of functional testing*, I work to assess, and address the environment which may have favoured the tumour to thrive in the first instance.  Each client is unique, and my nutrition and lifestyle (such as using physical activity, meditation and breath work) protocols reflect this.

*functional testing & supplements aren't included in the investment of any programme.  Examples of tests include stool to assess microbiome; urine to assess hormones, stress response, nutrient status; blood tests to review inflammatory status, blood sugar; DNA to ascertain how nutrition and lifestyle modifications can be tailored to your genetic makeup.

Client testimonials

"I have found working with Jenny transformational…I was probably in the worst place of my life…I now feel better and happier than I had in the 18 months since my adenocarcinoma of the pancreas, diagnosis" HL

"I cannot recommend Jenny more highly or be more satisfied. I would recommend all oncology warriors to contact her as she reassures me that she has something in the armoury for every stage however positive or challenging the journey is and however long the journey needs to be.  I have had no side effects from chemotherapy and am progressing well. I also lost some excess fat I had built up in between last year and diagnosis and am now sustaining my ideal body weight which has also helped with my chemo treatment. It also bodes well for any potential operation after chemo."  VB

"Jenny is intuitive, caring, insightful, and highly skilled. She listens implicitly and probes with gentle questions to gain insights to help formulate a bespoke personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan that really works!  She has been inspiring and has supported me 100% as we have worked towards changes in my diet and lifestyle to optimise gut health and reduce the risk of future recurrence of dis-ease.  I’m excited to integrate and adapt all I’ve learned as I continue to grow and progress on this path.  Thank you Jenny for your kindness, understanding, and never ending patience. It’s been a pleasure and I’m truly grateful to be working with you on this journey". TT

"I approached Jenny about a nutritional plan to accompany the clinical treatment I’m receiving for adenocarcinoma of the lung.  I feel that working with Jenny was much bigger than a nutritional plan, I was encouraged to look at all areas of my lifestyle and to be much more proactive in the treatment of my disease. Results from blood tests were requested, so any gaps in my nutrition could be fully assessed. Toxic load was also addressed, and we looked at areas where this could be improved. Alongside dietary requirements, we also looked at exercise and meditation.  By making the adjustments Jenny suggested, I strongly feel that I am now taking on the role as my own health advocate, rather than being a passive patient, and taking positive steps to improve my health. I highly recommend the service Jenny provides."  JH

"Jenny is fabulous - incredibly knowledgable, professional, responsive, compassionate and utterly dedicated to helping her clients navigate their journey after a diagnosis.  As a sarcoma survivor herself, she truly gets it.  She helped me immensely when my sleep deteriorated as I was recovering from surgery to remove my oestrogen positive tumour.  I wouldn't contemplate going to anyone else for my nutrition needs".  MS

"Jenny is a fantastic coach & nutritionist, she is very helpful and comes up with effective solutions.  Her advice is really useful and completely tailored to your individual needs, thanks so much Jenny".  LT
