Jen Adams specialises in teaching men and women over the age of 40 who are worried about their health to lose weight and improve metabolic health.

Via online Weight-loss Masterclass and Jen's Coaching Club, you learn how your food choices affect your metabolic health and what you can do about it - easily.

The Weight-Loss Masterclass is based on three principles – balancing blood sugar hormones, cleansing the liver and improve the gut flora in order to train your body to start burning fat effectively again.

With knowledge comes willpower and motivation. Weight-Loss Masterclass focuses on how to lose weight with 6 weeks of support during implementation. You learn what to eat that is right for you.  The Coaching Club is an ongoing monthly membership. The community of members work together we keep improving long-term health each and every day.

The focus is on educating you about nutrition so you can learn how to restore your metabolic health in the most efficient way to lose weight and find your natural healthy weight.  Whether you have never dieted before, or it's a regular event you will learn something.  You don't need to feel the pain or shame of your weight or health anymore.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from ION and Metabolic Health Coach practitioner since opening clinic 2012. Jen’s speciality is educating you to improve your metabolic health age for men and women. You will learn how to find your natural weight and maintain it to achieve optimum health.

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.


Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
