Jen Adams is a functional nutritionist who specialises in teaching people who want to learn the importance of nutrition to improve their future metabolic health.
There is a wealth of contradictory information about nutrition, which confuses and overwhelms most people. Jen has made it simple by sharing her experience from 10 years in clinical practice as a registered nutritional and aesthetic skin therapist in online webinars, courses and coaching.
Mainly because she genuinely believes your health is an essential part of the journey to success in life.
The quality of your food choices impacts the metabolic pathways such as; delivery of energy into cells, the liver's ability to cleanse away toxins, and the quality of the gut microbiome to fight infection.
If you are struggling with lack of energy, mood swings, anxiety, gut health, ageing skin, and managing your weight, these are the signs it's time to learn the basic nutrition facts about the food you are eating and the long term consequences on your metabolic health.
You deserve the freedom of looking in the mirror and liking what you see. It's time we all took responsibility for our health and discovered the truth about how nutrition affects our metabolic health.
Working with Jen is not a diet it's an education. It's what your Doctor won't tell you and your most personal trainers do NOT know.
