About me
Hi, I'm Hely, I'm so glad you are here.
I'm a trained Clinical Nutritionist (MSc) and Women's Integrative Health Coach. I work with women to restore balance to hormones, menstrual cycles, and gut issues, achieve natural weight loss, and alleviate fatigue and any symptoms caused by stress.
I'm here to walk you to an easy, mindful, and healthy relationship with food, and your body, eliminating ongoing health symptoms in the process.
Utilising a scientific and holistic approach, I'm here to provide you with education, coaching and guidance to become your healthiest, most balanced and vibrant self. Through holistic nourishment, lifestyle changes, mind-body-spirit support, nervous system and integrative coaching, you will learn how to eat for your unique constitution, improve gut health, rebalance your hormones/cycles, make complete peace with food and your body, reduce stress and importantly, direct your body back to it's desired state of homeostasis, balance and vitality.

Experience
I have ten years of nutrition and health training including degrees in Psychology, Clinical Nutrition as well as more integrative holistic education in holistic nutrition, health coaching, yoga + mindfulness and Trauma-informed practises for nervous system health.
I have run my own practice -Hely Rose Wellness for the past 4 years where I have worked with hundreds of women to alleviate health symptoms and achieve a sustainable healthy weight by learning how to truly nourish their body, mind and spirit.
I regularly lead workshops, and group programs and I run Women's Wellness Retreats.
