About me

Helping clients regain there energy and confidence to feel free to enjoy life again..

Imagine if you could go out without worrying where the nearest toilet is, feel great in your clothes and feel confident to eat out without worrying about a flare up of digestive symptoms.

Hello I'm Helen I specialise in Gut Health and fatigue.

My own journey to becoming a fully registered Nutritional Therapist started after a road to recovery from a serious illness and years of dealing with gut issues which started in my 20's. I thought this was just me and part of normal life. Enough was enough but unfortunately, I started looking to google for answers which led  me to cutting out more and more foods and still suffering with debilitating symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, irregular bowel movements and fatigue. I then decided to get help from a Nutritional Therapist and the rest is history.

My passion for nutrition as well as transforming my life through nutrition and lifestyle changes led me to train with the highly renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) for 4 years to gain my qualification in Nutritional Therapy.

I understand the challenges of dealing with gut health issues and how frustrating they can be. I now enjoy supporting clients through there own health journey using personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice to help them finally start feeling like themselves again.

Transformation takes time including implementing goals so I offer one to one packages starting from £299 giving us the chance to work together to make lasting changes. I have two package options including a full 4 month support package which includes check in calls and full access to me to help you cut out the stress and confusion around food to help you live your best life.

My clients feedback is that they have more energy, feel less bloated and better in there clothes, better bowel movements and are able to enjoy life again without worrying about where the nearest toilet is or fearing a flare up.
