About me

I’m Lizzie Sanchez; a Dietitian registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) based in Croydon, South London and Surrey with over 10 years of experience in the NHS and privately.

I am passionate about using the most up-to-date research to help you make changes to your diet and lifestyle to manage health conditions and improve the quality of your life. I use a personalised approach that is only possible using a private Dietitian.

I can help you with the following issues:

• Gastrointestinal disorders; Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), constipation and diarrhoea, low FODMAP diet, Bile Acid Diarrhoea (BAD), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Diverticular Disease, Coeliac Disease, Reflux and Eosinophilic Oesophagitis

• Weight management - overweight/obesity for weight loss and underweight/nutrition support for weight gain

• Type 2 Diabetes

• Cardiovascular Disease - raised cholesterol

• Healthy Eating Advice - concerns around general healthy eating and nutritional deficiencies

• Plant-based diets - for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet or need support transitioning to a plant-based diet


I have a Bachelor’s Degree with Hons from King’s College London and graduated in 2013. Previous NHS roles include Specialist Gastrointestinal Dietitian at East Surrey Hospital and Community Dietitian for St George’s Hospital.

I offer virtual and in-person consultations from my lovely garden office in South Croydon. My fees are £97 for the first hour session, then £69 for 45 minute follow-up sessions. I am also registered with health insurer WPA.

• Irritable Bowel Syndrome: including low FODMAP advice and recipes
