About me

I’m Lizzie Sanchez; a Dietitian registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) based in South London.  I am passionate about using the most up-to-date research to help you make changes to your diet and lifestyle to manage health issues and improve the quality of your life.  I use a patient tailored approach that is only possible using a private Dietitian.

With 10 years as a Dietitian in the NHS and privately, I am experienced in a wide range of areas, including:

·       Gastrointestinal disorders; Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), low FODMAP diet, Bile Acid Diarrhoea (BAD), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Coeliac Disease, Reflux and Eosinophilic Oesophagitis

·       Weight management

·       Plant-based diets; vegetarian and vegan diets

I also have a special interest in sustainable eating for planet health.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree with Hons from King’s College London and graduated in 2013.  Previous NHS roles include Specialist Gastrointestinal Dietitian at East Surrey Hospital, Community Dietitian for St George’s Hospital and Oncology Dietitian at Mount Vernon Hospital.

I offer virtual and in person consultations from my garden office in Croydon, South London.  If you'd like to book an appointment or a free 15 minute discovery call, please contact me by email at lizzie@greenhealthdietetics.com (check junk mail for replies) or call and leave a message if necessary on 07929104615.

My fees are £97 for the first hour session, then £69 for 45 minute follow-up sessions, I am also registered with health insurer WPA.

I offer special packages including unlimited support between consultations for:

·       Weight loss; including a personalised weight loss plan and meal plans
