About me

If you're suffering the typical IBS symptoms of diarrhoea, constipation, bloating or you feel you have a food intolerance, then the low FODMAP diet may help you. I'm a multi-award winning IBS Dietitian and FODMAP expert based in Cardiff with over 20 years' experience. I have a wide range of expertise, but specialise in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) treatment using the low FODMAP diet approach.

Usually only 2 sessions are necessary for most people.  All sessions are virtual, so I can advise on IBS symptoms across the UK. So, if you have IBS and need help to manage your symptoms, get in touch. The low FODMAP diet improves symptoms in over 75% of sufferers.

A free initial telephone consultation will help us decide together whether this approach can help you. So, call today - no obligation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm a Registered Dietitian with the Health Care Professions Council, a member of the British Dietetic Association and a listed member of the BDA's Freelance Dietitians' Group.

As a Nutrition Consultant and Advanced Practitioner, I have over 20 years' experience of advising on a range of therapeutic diets. My main areas of expertise are digestive issues, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I am certified by King's College, London to deliver IBS treatment using the low FODMAP diet. This is an effective treatment for IBS symptoms and recommended by NICE and the NHS.

I am a multi-award winning Dietitian. I have a wealth of experience in helping those with IBS symptoms. I was a finalist in the NHS Wales Awards for my work in IBS treatment and I also won the MediWales Award for 'Innovation in the NHS' for my work with IBS and FODMAPs.  I am also 'Health Consultant of the Year' in Wales (2022).
