Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

When I work
I offer a free telephone consultation. I'm available most of the time, but you can always leave a message and I will get back to you. Please leave your name and contact details.
Since the pandemic and different ways of working, I have found that online consultations work well. So, currently all consultations are via online platforms: Zoom, Teams, Skype and even WhatsApp.
We can speak first by telephone to ensure that I'm able to help and then we can agree how we take things forward. I'll send some books in the post and we can work through them together during your online consultations. Usually only 2 sessions are needed for most people.
