This professional is available for new clients.
I help busy professionals improve their overall health and energy levels through helping them make the right nutrition and lifestyle choices so that they can perform at their very best.
From my own experience of being in the Financial Services sector for over 20 years I know what it is like performing under pressure. I also know first hand, the constant travel, eating on the go, perhaps skipping breakfast or lunch (sometimes both!), eventually took it's toll on my health and wellbeing.
As a registered nutritional therapist I believe that nutrition can help achieve all our goals: fitness, health, as well as being key to maintaining great mental health.
I work within the Functional Medicine framework to provide a unique nutrition and lifestyle support programme tailored to my client's individual requirements, needs and goals.
By providing bespoke, personalised advice and support, backed by nutritional science, I can help you achieve optimal health and wellbeing so you can achieve your goals.
Book today for your complimentary call to discuss how best we can work together to achieve your health goals.
Just one example of what my clients are saying:
"I got great value from the programme with Claire. The advice proved easy to follow and Claire’s research and attention to specifics really made a difference. Within three weeks my general health was better, I had more energy and an overall feeling of simply being stronger"

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
I offer a number of nutritional programmes - book your complimentary call to discuss the right solution for you.
