About me

Hi, I’m Caroline, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of Releaf Nutritional Therapy.

My goal is to help women find "releaf" from symptoms naturally, by teaching them how to change their diet and lifestyle.

Today, so many of us are suffering from unpleasant hormone-related symptoms. And sometimes the doctors aren't always able to help us the way we expect them to be. But the truth is, with a bit of work(!), we can easily manage or even get rid of these discomforts by making a few tweaks in our diet and lifestyle.

I am so passionate about helping other women reach their optimal health naturally because I’ve been there too...A few years ago, when my period suddenly stopped after coming off “the pill”, I was really worried. I didn't understand what was going on and I felt as if something was wrong with me and my body. I started wondering whether I would be able to have a baby later in life if I didn't have a period now. I wasn't satisfied with my doctor's recommendations and wanted to understand the mechanisms in my body that were preventing me from having a regular and healthy cycle. This is when my long journey to regain my cycle naturally began. I tried many complementary and alternative therapies such as acupuncture, homeopathy, herbal medicine, reflexology, kinesiology and of course nutritional therapy and naturopathy. I was truly blown away by what I learned over that time including the imbalances that we can create in our bodies with the way we live our lives - the food we eat, the way we move, sleep, connect with others, relax, etc....In 2017, after experiencing such an awakening, I decided to change my career and sign up for a 3-year course of Naturopathic Nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, U.K. - with the aim of sharing my knowledge in well-being and help others.

In 2020, I was delighted to give birth to my daughter Christina.

I believe that we are all unique and when it comes to nutrition, a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work. I’m not going to give you a magic pill that will suppress your symptoms instantly, but I want to get to the root cause of your problems and understand what’s really going on in your body. I will ask you a lot of detailed questions about your health concerns, symptoms, medical and family history, diet, levels of physical activity, use of medication and supplements, routine, etc. which will allow me to create a tailored, safe and effective dietary and lifestyle plan based on your goal(s). I might also use functional testing to support my hypothesis.

I am happy to see clients in their homes, at The Space in Burston (Norfolk) or Be Well Barn in Redlingfield (Suffolk) and/or via video conference.
