About me

Have you lost your drive? Suffering from fatigue mid-afternoon and struggle to get out of bed in the morning? Eating the same sandwich at your desk every day? Craving foods you know aren't good for you? Worried that your eating habits may affect your physical and mental health now or in the long term?

Maybe you have the desire to eat well, but you're not sure how to go about it and you just can't seem to find the time?

Did you know that tweaking what, how and when you eat can help you get back your energy and feel like the best you? It can also help reduce your risk of developing diseases further down the line, enabling you to life a healthful long life.

I can help you find the best you and get your vitality and drive back.

I am a CNHC registered, BANT accredited Nutritional Therapist, operating online.

My mission is to inspire and educate clients to achieve their best potential through no-nonsense diet and lifestyle advice.

Many of us suffer from nutritional deficiencies that affect everything from our energy levels to our ability to think clearly. Modern day living, stress and hectic work schedules don't make things any easier - I know I've been there. Add to that hormonal changes, big life events or illness which puts additional stress on our body, we can end up feeling below par most of the time.

When life and illness gets in the way of you living your best life, when you have limited time to think about or plan your diet, I can help you identify, learn and implement a way to get you back on track to feeling healthier, and hopefully happier.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Fees

£470.00 - £790.00

Additional information

I offer a series of consultations as nutritional therapy is rarely a 'quick win'.

These are usually scheduled to suit, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Further information

I bring my own experience of changing my life from a state of being highly stressed, grabbing the quickest meal, snacks and drinks and taking painkillers and 'energy boosters' to get through the day. I now live a balanced life, managing my stress, eating a wholesome diet and loving a life of high energy and wellness.

Consultations can be over Zoom or in person.

I offer a free, no obligation 30 minute discovery call to allow you to find out more about nutritional therapy and decide if you'd like to work with me.
