About me

Hi, I'm Anna. a Nutritional Therapist based in Forest Hill, South London.

Are you fed up with waking up each day feeling less than your best? Are you experiencing symptoms that you'd really like to understand and address? Are you keen to adopt a natural approach to a health condition you are living with?

I can help you get your health back on track. I offer advice based on sound research, and a personalised plan delivered in a non-judgemental and supportive environment.

You are a unique individual with your own distinctive health picture and genetic makeup and the naturopathic approach recognises that.

Working with a detailed analysis of your health history and symptoms, and utilising testing where necessary, we can work together to create the ideal personalised wellbeing plan for you.

Symptoms can be viewed as the body’s way of communicating with us, highlighting that there is an excess or deficiency of some sort that needs addressing. We can be quite good at ignoring these signals and overriding them to the point that we might even begin to consider them our ‘normal’.

A functional approach to your health considers what might be the underlying root cause of these symptoms.

What my clients say:

I would wholeheartedly recommend Anna to guide you through a journey into greater wellbeing. I came to Anna in shock really with a very unexpected diagnosis. Anna’s breadth of knowledge, along with warmth, empathy and patience was a relief. Each in depth consultation provided clear and achievable goals and guidelines with very accessible supplementary information/literature. I felt supported and enabled to continue onwards fully equipped to meet a chronic health condition. Within a month I could feel the benefits of the work. Anna’s expertise, deep understanding of nutritional and holistic health, her sensitivity, kindness and excellent communication throughout it has been an invaluable, life-affirming experience. - Al

My experience with Anna Browne's nutritional therapy was fantastic and I would highly recommend her services! She was extremely knowledgeable in her field, intuitive and forward thinking when it came to recommending treatments, supplements and courses of action to take health and diet wise. She is a brilliant communicator and helps explain everything very well and was also is very sensitive in supporting with the emotional side of things. I loved all her support and inspiration with all kinds of foods, smoothies and general recipes that I could make and enjoy! I have definitely seen improvements after my course with Anna and I will definitely be using her again soon! - Madeleine.

Anna is very warm and welcoming person, I received tons of advice on my nutrition to help with sciatic nerve pain and low mood. I would definitely seek her help again in the future. I also received some great food recipes and exercise/breathing work advice which I'm using all of the time. - Charlotte
