About me
What do I offer?
One to one consultation, shopping tour, bespoke menu plans.
Evidence based, personalised dietetic support for clients looking to improve their health and quality of life through sustainable dietary changes. My professional expertise include IBS symptoms, vegetarianism, weight gain, weight loss, weight management and type 2 diabetes / pre-diabetes status. The dietary advice ensures their beliefs, traditions, lifestyle and culture are considered as holistic approach is integral in achieving good health.
Why do I offer these services?
In addition to professional experiences in these areas, I have personally suffered from gut health problems, weight loss and gestational diabetes and have great appreciation for the nutritional knowledge I have gained over the years which supports my health and well-being. I am passionate about sharing my expertise and experiences to support others in improving their health as I did.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working with the NHS for over 8 years and have gained experience working with weight management in children, maternal obesity, geriatric rehabilitation, neurological conditions, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), obesity and cardiovascular diseases amongst other conditions. My experiences in different fields have allowed me to have a good insight into the importance of optimum nutrition during the ever-changing course of a lifetime.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
