Scientific Expertise: My background in Biomedical Sciences and my Distinction in Nutrition & Dietetics has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide you with the latest evidence-based nutritional guidance.

Compassionate Care: I believe in a person-centered approach that not only challenges weight stigma & diet culture but also encourages a healthy relationship with food. I'm here to support you, every step of the way.

Behaviour change techniques: I have received specialized training in health behaviour change, holding a certificate from NHS Scotland. This training equips me with valuable skills to assist you in achieving your goals by effectively implementing behaviour change techniques during our collaboration.

Languages: Being fluent in three languages – English, Greek, and German – provides me with an edge in accessing and understanding research from diverse sources. I am also happy to do consultations in English or Greek.

Mediterranean origin: I am half Scottish half Greek and before I moved to Scotland, I was raised on a Greek island called Crete which makes me familiar with the Cretan Mediterranean diet which has been shown to be one of the most representative of all Mediterranean diets for heart health. Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
