- Fed up with calorie counting and restrictive food rules?
- Want to improve blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, or simply nourish your body better?
- Struggling with cravings or overeating?
- Feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice?
- Looking to feel more comfortable in your own skin?
- Thinking about food as “good” or “bad”?
- Ready to fuel your body based on personal needs and goals?
If any of this resonates, I’m here to help.
How My Program Works:
- Pre-Consultation Questionnaire – Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your specific challenges, health background, and dietary habits. This ensures I can design a personalized plan for you from the start.
- Initial Consultation (60 mins) – In our first one-on-one session, we’ll explore your relationship with food, medical history, and lifestyle goals. Together, we’ll build a customized plan to move forward.
- Follow-up Consultations (3 sessions) – Every 2-3 weeks, we’ll have live video check-ins to track progress, adjust your plan, and offer ongoing guidance. These sessions help ensure that you’re supported as you make sustainable, long-term changes.
- Comprehensive Workbook – You'll receive an evidence-based workbook filled with practical tips, reflection exercises, and strategies to help guide you through the process.
- Personalized Nutrition Plan – This plan includes sustainable lifestyle changes, nutrition advice, tailored food swaps, supplement recommendations (if needed), and more—all based on the latest nutrition science.
- Custom Recipes – Enjoy meals that align with your preferences and goals, making healthy eating both enjoyable and sustainable.
Why Take Action Now?
- Personalized Support – This isn’t about following a strict plan; it’s about developing a healthier lifestyle with care and understanding. You'll have a dietitian who listens, understands, and supports you every step of the way.
- Limited Spaces – To ensure each client receives the attention they deserve, spaces are limited. Don’t miss your chance to get the support you need.
Results That Last – With ongoing consultations and tailored support, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to make lasting improvements to your health and well-being.
