About me

Feeling as though you need to get control of your symptoms? Women's health has been a passion for many years. In my early 20s, I received a life-changing diagnosis of severe endometriosis, a journey that led me through multiple cycles of IUI and IVF in my 30s and early 40s. These personal experiences sparked an interest in how making changes to your diet may help to improve your symptoms and enhance fertility. I know how even small changes can make a big difference to your well-being. I want to share my knowledge to enable women to live healthier, happier lives.

The areas I specialise in are:

Women's Health
Helping manage symptoms related to endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), perimenopause & menopause. Exploring how symptoms can be improved through dietary changes and nutritional strategies

Weight management
Helping you manage your weight through sustainable changes. This could be weight-loss, weight maintenance or weight gain depending on where you are in your journey. Improving your relationship with food and being kind to the body you currently have is an important part of this process.

Fertility
Helping improve your diet and get ready for pregnancy whether naturally or through assisted reproduction.
