About me

Have you reached a point in your life where you want to get those niggling health and wellbeing concerns addressed? Do you want to feel like your old self again? Do you suspect that you have food intolerances and gut imbalances that could be affecting your mood, weight, sleep and productivity? I can help you to address your concerns in a safe and non-judgemental space where we look at your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and find tweaks in your day-to-day to help you to feel better.

My passion for health and wellbeing then grew when my husband faced health challenges, and I made it my personal goal to help him to feel better. This led me to find Patrick Holford’s books and subsequently to begin studying at the ‘Institute for Optimum Nutrition’.

I can help you to achieve your goal, whether that be to reduce bloating, lose weight, improve skin, decrease brain fog, rebalance hormones or increase energy - which should in turn all help to increase your productivity and general enjoyment in life. So, whether it be cravings, dietary choices, stress, sleep, nutrient status, gut health, compromised immunity or food sensitivities, we can work together on a programme that may include blood tests, functional tests and meal planners, along with a deep reflection into the matrix of your overall wellbeing to help you to ‘optimise your health, to optimise your life’.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
