Kate Wall – Registered Nutritionist (AfN) | Women’s Health, Weight Management, Emotional Eating and Body image, Cholesterol Specialist

Helping You Build a Healthier Relationship with Food & Your Body

Hi, I’m Kate, a Registered Nutritionist and Coach with a background in nursing and NHS nutrition support. I specialise in weight management, emotional eating, and stress-related nutrition concerns, heart health and cholesterol and women’s health concerns.

If you’ve ever felt:

  • Stuck in the cycle of dieting – knowing what to eat but struggling to make lasting changes to sustain weight loss
  • Out of control around food – stress-eating, emotional eating, worrying about food choices or constantly thinking about food
  • Confused by conflicting advice – unsure what’s truly best for your body
  • Frustrated with your weight, body image and like your mood is dictated by the number on the scales
  • Worried about health markers like cholesterol or BP

Then you’re not alone. And the problem isn’t willpower—it’s about having the right support for YOU!

A Compassionate, Science-Based Approach to Nutrition

I help clients break free from restrictive diets, emotional eating, and negative relationships with food. Instead of rigid meal plans or unsustainable rules, I focus on:

✅ Personalised nutrition guidance – tailored to YOUR body, goals, and lifestyle
✅ Behavioural change strategies – to rewire food habits for long-term success
✅ Balancing nutrition with real life – no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods, just realistic and sustainable choices
✅ Support for body image & emotional eating – helping you feel more confident and at ease around food
✅ Practical, evidence-based advice – so you stop feeling overwhelmed by nutrition myths

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. What to expect from the sessions….

My focus is to give you personalised support to empower you to make meaningful, lasting changes for better health.

Before the first session you will be given assessment forms to fill in, these will ask you about your current situation (nutrition and health) and what you are looking for from working with me.

In the first session, I complete a detailed assessment and here I take the time to listen to your health story and health & nutrition goals.  From there I will make a plan and we can then have our regular calls to start putting that into action.

We will consider the practical changes, motivation, behaviour change and emotional barriers that we can work on so you can achieve your goals.  You will receive your own toolkit of resources and between session support through an app.

This is a bespoke service and so each week we work on what you need in that moment, rather than a 'one size fits all programme'.

My aim is to help you achieve health and nutrition goals without rules and restrictions so that you can sustain long term change and fall back in love with the joy of eating!

What my clients say:

⭐️Having worked with Kate previously this year, I can undeniably say that her support has genuinely changed my life.

She worked with me to understand more about my own mindset with food, and helped put in some small steps and habits to help improve this relationship.

I would highly recommend Kate to anyone else considering their relationship with food.

⭐️I contacted Kate because I had developed a habit of restricting myself with certain types of food after my PC0S diagnosis. I was reading lots of articles on the internet, I was feeling confused and lost and I didn’t know what types of foods I should be eating. I was in need of some expert advice. I explained my diet to Kate and she was very thorough going into detail with strategies and ideas as to why I would have these behaviours towards certain foods.

I have now been able to introduce these foods slowly back into my meal plans and I have seen improvements to my well-being. Overall, I am very happy with the advice Kate has given me.

⭐️Most amazing women ever. Kate has improved my confidence, help me better understand my nutrition and my PC0S. She also helped me get through to my GP as they didn’t listen! I couldn’t recommend more!

⭐️ There's no willpower struggle anymore; I just think differently about what and how I eat

⭐️ I thought I just needed to lose weight, but the coaching has shifted my entire mindset around food. It’s more than a diet—it’s long-term change

⭐️ It’s deeper than just losing weight. It’s about changing how you think about food without obsessing over it

⭐️ Forget quick fixes—this journey is about creating lasting, permanent results. Trust the process!
