About me
Hi, I am Karen Allan-Jones and I am a registered nutritional therapist and health coach.
I specialise in helping people with stomach problems. If you're suffering from debilitating gut conditions that are leading to exhaustion, making you on edge or leaving you in agony, you're in the right place.
I support my clients to regain control over their digestion, so that they can enjoy the pleasure of eating again without having to worry about how their body is going to react.
My mission when working with clients is to reconnect them with the enjoyment of meal times, to make them realise they are not alone, and that they can stop that downward spiral and constantly feeling unwell.
I consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Personalised nutrition is tailored specifically for you, considering your health journey, your health goals and dietary preferences. I may use functional tests to inform the recommendations that are based on your unique biological individuality.
Why Work with me?
I am passionate about helping clients to be the best of themselves and guiding them to take back control of their health instead of their symptoms controlling them. I understand where you are now and believe that you can benefit from the power of good food and that it can be used therapeutically to allow your body to heal itself.
Work with me and let me create a tailor-made plan, unique to you and your health goals. Let me support you every step of the way on the path back to having the energy to do all the things that you enjoy.
Are you ready to take control and take back your freedom? I offer a free 30-minute 'Digestion Health Rescue' to anyone who wants to escape their gut issues and turn their life around.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information
Changing eating habits and forming new mindsets can take time. Supporting you on this journey needs time, empathy and coaching, not just a one off consultation. Because of this, I have specially created three programmes, Essential, Rejuvenate and Flourish with different levels of support and coaching to specifically suit your needs, timeframe and what you want to achieve.
I offer a free online 30 minute health review to discuss and help you decide on the right programme for your needs.
Details and prices of my programmes are available on my website www.clementinenutrition.co.uk
