About me

Hi, I'm Harriet! Registered Nutritional Therapist & Women's Health Expert.            I Help Women FEEL BETTER & THRIVE with Personalised Nutrition.

I specialise in supporting women with digestive symptoms, problem periods,  fertility, the menopausal transition, autoimmune conditions, thyroid problems, low energy, mental health & weight loss (to name a few examples.) I also work with those women seeking to optimise their diet, support healthy ageing and proactively safeguard their health into the future.

I believe every woman deserves to enjoy true, vibrant health. I offer evidence-based, personalised and holistic nutrition and lifestyle support, designed to nurture gut health, balance hormones and restore energy.

I'm all about detective work and uncovering the root cause(s) of your health concerns.  Once we understand why you feel rubbish, we systematically tackle the factors preventing you from achieving the optimum health and wellbeing you crave – and deserve.

With a decade of my own chronic health issues behind me, I bring a hefty dose of empathy to the table. You can rest assured, I get it....I really do.

Training, qualifications & experience

I graduated from the NTEC accredited nutritional therapy course at London’s prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition with a distinction, having spent a total of 6 years studying nutrition.

I am a certified member of both The British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

I am now pursuing an MSc in Clinical Nutrition, alongside my clinic work.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
