About me
I’m Abi, a UK registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT) specialising in sports performance and female hormones.
My unique programme will help you to understand your hormones, manage your symptoms and transform your training. If you love training or struggle with your hormones I want to help you. Whether thats Pre-Menstrual Symptoms (PMS) or Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, irregular, painful or heavy periods getting in the way of your training or your every day then I can help.

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists. There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member. All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

My packages run across 12 weeks as I believe that transformation takes time. This will allow me to offer truly personalised and science based nutrition to help you to achieve your goal and see results as you begin to hack your hormones and optimise your training.
All of my 1:1 coaching packages include:
- a full initial diet, training and lifestyle assessment (90 minutes)
- Personalised nutrition recommendations based on your training goals, phase and hormonal needs nutrition analysis
- continuous coaching and support
- Supplement suggestions
- Body composition, metabolism and hormonal testing are also available.
