About us

A substantial reason for low energy levels, weight issues, and ill-health is because our food intake is lacking in the proper nutrients. Whether you would like to lose excess pounds, feel more energetic, or want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, working with a professional nutritionist and dietitian can lead to desirable results. I am a UK Registered Dietitian with extensive clinical experience within the NHS, and I also hold a Master of Philosophy degree in Nutrition, a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Science. I established 24 Health to help individuals and corporate groups learn more about nutrition and making health a priority. With extensive knowledge in nutrition and a deep understanding of what works for different people, we encourage a balanced food intake that promotes good health. From teaching you to give up less healthy ingredients and processed meals to inspiring you to listen to what your body needs, we can help you follow a nutritious diet. Our key areas of expertise include over 20 years of experience in diabetes management and prevention, weight loss, healthy eating, Employee Wellness, and more. Our advice is science-based, practical, easy to follow, and relevant to your lifestyle and health objectives. We would love the opportunity to work with you and enable you to make positive changes to your diet. If you want to adopt a healthy vegetarian diet or need a specific diet to manage a health condition, we can work with you to make the most of your diet. Get in touch for more information, and we look forward to working with you.
