Are you going through the menopause or will do in the future? Join me to learn lots of tips and tricks about how to maintain your health through menopause and beyond. We'll look at managing symptoms and how diet can help as well as how diet can help us reduce our risk of further complications.

You'll come away with lots of ideas to help you on your journey. We invest so much in other people as women, it's time to invest in you.
