Every woman's midlife journey is unique, often involving feeling tired, moody, sleep-deprived, or not feeling quite yourself. It might mean contending with hot flushes, memory blips, or stubborn weight.

I believe every woman can and should feel fantastic during this time.  That's why I've joined forces with Hannah to create Midlife Made Easy. Over a decade, we've helped hundreds of midlife women make simple changes to diet and lifestyle, alleviating symptoms, kickstarting weight loss, and helping women feel like themselves again.​

And now, it's your turn! ​

Drawing from our combined experience of supporting midlife women with in-person and online programs, we've brought together everything we have learned to create this unique 5-step online nutrition programme that is tailored for midlife women just like you. 

This course is for you if:​

  • You're in your 40s, 50s or 60s and you’d like to learn more about the menopausal transition or you’d like to improve the way that you feel -whether or not you‘ve decided to take HRT.

  • You prefer working on your own to being part of a group.
  • You’re ready to improve your health and adjust your eating habits but you lack the time, resources or finances to work with a nutritionist one-to-one.
  • You are just starting out on your nutrition journey, or if you have already made some changes and you want to keep on track or refresh your knowledge.
  • As a self-starter you appreciate the flexibility of a self-guided programme to work through at your own pace.​
