Nutritional therapy for weight training
I found a nutritionist on this site after reading an article about sports nutrition. I've always been really into weight training but decided I wanted to take it one step further and enter some competitions.
I contacted a nutritionist and we set up a structured diet plan. This helped me to strengthen my muscles and keep my energy levels high.
Lifting is now my life and I know for a fact, without someone there advising me about what to eat, I wouldn't have been able to train as intensely as I do now.
I recommend finding a nutritionist if you're serious about weight training.
