About me

Hi, I'm Sally, a clinically trained and BANT registered nutritional therapist. I help perimenopausal / menopausal women with symptoms such as mood changes, fatigue and weight gain to renew their energy and feel revitalised. I also support blood sugar control and all other areas of hormone health.

I am friendly and professional and my approach is based on functional medicine, which aims to uncover the root cause of your symptoms, considering lifestyle factors, genetics and your environment.

Every individual is unique, with different genes, environments and stressors. A plan that is suitable for one person will not be for suitable another individual, even if their symptoms are similar.

During our initial consultation we will delve into your symptoms, medical history, eating habits and lifestyle. We will discuss changes that are realistic and achievable for you.

After our consultation I will provide you with a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to support your individual needs. We will have a follow-up consultation around 8 weeks later to assess how you are getting on and make any tweaks to your plan.
