About me

Hello! I'm Rachel, registered Nutritional Therapist, MBANT RegCNHC.

Combining evidence-based nutrition science and psychology, my mission is to help you transform your relationship with food by understanding your unique nutritional needs.

Based on a deep dive into your health goals, health concerns, diet, supplements, lifestyle, medical and family history, I aim to identify individual physiological and psychological factors that underpin your unique health status, nutritional needs and preferences. Subsequently, we will work together taking a bespoke and holistic approach to help you implement realistic long term practices to achieve your health goals.

I work with a variety of health conditions, predominantly with the likes of weight and stress management, body recomposition and gut health.

I offer one off appointments as well as longer programmes for those who require more regular guidance and accountability. Please see my website for more details.

Please drop me an email to book a free 15 minute, non-obligatory discovery call to see how I can help you!

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
