About me

Hey there! I bet you're here because you've tried to find solutions on your own and haven't had the success you're looking for.

If this is true, I'm here to help.

My name is Pascalyn, but you can call me P. I'm a registered dietitian and nutritionist who is passionate about all things, nutrition, food and wellness. When it comes to this area, there is a wealth of information circulating the web. It can be difficult to know what it all means and more importantly, what it means for you.

I'm here to be your guide. I help people like you to find and implement evidence-based nutrition and wellness strategies that align with your values and help you reach your personal goals. Are you struggling to mend your relationship with food? Are you trying to implement sustainable lifestyle changes that work for you? Are you trying to gain control of your gut health, IBS, PCOS or another health condition? If you're ready to finally find the resources and support you've been looking for, let's chat. I'm happy to help!

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
