About me

Hi, I'm Oliver, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in Weight Management.

Are you looking to kick the yo-yo dieting cycle, achieve lasting weight loss (or improved body composition), optimise your health and start to feel truly nourished? You're in the right place!

I don’t believe in fad diets, feeling excessively hungry, calorie counting or taking the joy out of eating, but I can show you what to add nutritionally – how to make small, sustainable and habit-forming changes that will help you navigate your way to looking and feeling better now and the long-term.

My weight loss approach is far from one-size-fits-all. Everyone is unique, so my method revolves around finding the root cause of why YOU can't lose weight, then helping you correct it.

I don't solely focus on what the scale says; I like to see improvements in appearance (body composition), metabolic health, energy, general well-being and so on.

Progress, Not Perfection

Together, we'll work towards progress, not perfection. Building new habits in manageable steps for improved health, sustainable weight loss, and a positive relationship with food.

Book your free 15-minute discovery call by clicking here. Let's discuss your individual case and find out if I'm the right person to help you achieve your goals.
