About me
Registered sports and exercise nutritionist, graduated from Ulster University in Northern Ireland and founder of Linn's sports nutrition. I enjoy helping athletes from different levels and backgrounds to gain better sports performance through good nutrition. If you feel that timing your meals to fit in with training is difficult, or if you are worried you cant get enough fuel for the training sessions, I will help you.
I will give you a personalised diet plan with detailed recipes and expert advice to help you on your journey to better sports performance. I do diet plans for vegetarians and vegans as well.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed my training in nutritional science at Bjorknes University College in Oslo, Norway where I achieved a bachelor's degree with honours. I followed this up with a Postgraduate diploma in Sports and exercise nutrition at Ulster University in Ireland. I have also completed some continuous professional development training courses within nutrition and diet.
