I'm Stefanie Daniels, a nutritional therapist and executive coach specialising in optimising lifestyle choices for midlife women.
My passion stems from my own transformative journey and extensive experience in the wellness sector.
I'm the founder of a supportive and educational community where individuals can discuss their health concerns, discover the benefits of proper nutrition, and find effective supplement options. We dive into the hard topics but make it uplifting and even fun - because life's too short to be stuck in a rut.
Educationally, I’ve earned credentials from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine and have specialised training in Intermittent Fasting under the guidance of Tedx Speaker Cynthia Thurlow. I'm not just about the qualifications; I also strive to inspire and regularly contribute to health and wellness publications, deliver engaging talks, and make guest appearances on top-ranked podcasts.
