About me

An experienced Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, empowering women to enhance their health and well-being during midlife.

Offering support and guidance to make practical dietary changes and lifestyle modifications, by investigating the root causes of imbalances, with the goal of addressing deficiencies and optimising the body's functioning, through personalised nutrition, functional testing, and lifestyle programmes.

Hormonal imbalances have significantly influenced and shaped various aspects of my life. Through different phases, I have remained committed to educating myself about women's health through continuous research, education, and proactive healthcare measures.

Together, we will develop strategies to enhance your overall health. This collaborative approach extends beyond mere dietary considerations, encompassing various aspects of your life to cultivate sustainable habits and promote a balanced approach to health.

Your personal journey to health is unique to you. Working together over a series of consultations, using a comprehensive health and lifestyle evaluation, clinical testing and supplements where needed, my aim is to focus on long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. Working at your pace, with realistic and manageable changes, to help you bring your body back into balance.

My mission is to inspire and motivate you to attain optimal health, leading a fulfilling life filled with vitality and joy.

I am committed to working closely with you to help you achieve your health and well-being goals.

I'd love to work with you.

Nutritional Therapy uses an evidence-based scientific approach to understand how diet, lifestyle, biochemical and genetic individuality combine to determine overall health and well-being. Using the Functional Medicine model, linking the key physiological systems and pathways within the body (digestion, detoxification, immune defence, hormonal communication, cardiovascular and nervous systems) helping to map which of our body systems are out of balance and where to focus dietary and life-style interventions.

I am dedicated to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), actively participating in conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest advancements in nutritional research. In addition to collaborating with well-being practices, I am also an engaged member of practitioner support groups.

Supporting primarily women’s health throughout midlife, covering a wide range of symptoms and concerns.

My journey to understanding my own hormonal imbalances, particularly regarding PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome), perimenopause, and menopause, spans over 30 years. Throughout these phases, I continue to educate myself about women’s health through continuous research, self-development and proactive healthcare.

Since graduating from the Institute of Optimal Nutrition (ION), my passion is to educate and support others in balancing their hormones holistically by emphasizing the importance of a healthy gut microbiome, maintaining stable blood sugar levels, stress reduction, good sleep hygiene, a balanced diet, mindful eating, and limiting toxins.

Your personal journey to health is unique to you. Working together over a series of consultations, using a comprehensive health and lifestyle evaluation, clinical testing and supplement where needed, my aim is to focus on long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. Health is not a destination but a lifelong journey.
