About us

Countless people across the UK are living with symptoms of an unhappy gut and are struggling to find the answers and support they need to improve their gut health. It can be easy to pass a bottle of pills across the counter and call it job done, or worse be told you just have to live with it. The good news is that there are many things we can do to improve our gut health and reduce unpleasant symptoms.

At Go Live Well, we like to go a little deeper. My name is Grace and I work to uncover the root cause of your gut health issues, rather than paper over the cracks and attempt to mask the symptoms temporarily. Nutrition is often overlooked but it is the only way to nourish our body and everything we eat and drink either is either helpful or harmful to our health.

Nutritional Therapy works by using diet and lifestyle choices specific to our individual needs to benefit our health instead of harming it. By understanding what our body needs to function properly and what can be damaging to us, we are empowered to retake control of our health once and for all. I support my clients to make small, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing. I offer nutritional therapy in Bolton and online, nationwide.

I am fully insured and a member of several professional body organisations; The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I invite you to book a complimentary, no obligation, health review call with me via my website so we can look at the best next steps for you on your health journey. Thanks, Grace.

Training, qualifications & experience

I successfully completed a 3 year course in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine graduation with Distinction and have been practicing and seeing clients in clinic since then.

My training meets the criteria National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy. I also undertake regular Continuing Professional Development to ensure I'm continuing to practice at the highest level as a healthcare provider.

I also have a BA Hons (1st Class Honours in Spanish and Business) and an MSc (Top Performing Student Prize in HR Management).

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

I offer a variety of 1:1 services and programmes for my clients, depending on what they need. Some clients may only need 3-4 sessions over 6-8 weeks where others may require a higher level of support over a longer period. I can advise what level of support would be most suitable for you during your complimentary health review call. If you'd like to book a call, you can do so by clicking the 'discovery call' button in my profile or via my website. It's a great opportunity to 'meet' and discuss what support you'd like, what the best next steps are for you on your health journey, & what it might look like if we worked together.

Further information

I'm Grace, a Registered Nutritionist. I work with clients on a 1:1 basis, aiming to find the root cause of symptoms & health concerns - then support the body to heal and rebalance by providing the right tools & nutrients for it to do so. Clients typically work with me for between 6-12 weeks initially depending on their needs. Many of my clients then opt to have ongoing support tailored to them at regular intervals, which is an optional add on and very flexible to fit around busy lifestyles.

I offer complimentary health review calls (available to book via my website). These calls are a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you have and 'meet' me before deciding whether you'd like to become a client. During the call we will look at where you currently are on your health journey, your goals and the best next steps for you to achieve them. If you'd like to have a chat about all of this and see what it might look like if we worked together, please take advantage of a free call.

Thanks, Grace
