About us

Hi, I'm Grace.

As a fellow Coeliacc and qualified Nutritional Therapist, I'm well positioned to support others on their gluten free journey. I combine my own lived experience with academic training to offer the best advice & support for my clients. Wherever you are on your Coeliacc Disease journey, I've been through it & can teach you how to navigate the gluten-free world successfully.

With my step-by-step guidance & knowledge, you'll be empowered to make the changes necessary following a Coeliacc diagnosis and learn to live (and love) being gluten-free! I've been where you are & can help you transition to a gluten-free diet & heal your gut.

Reach out & let's chat about the best next steps for you.

I am fully insured and a member of several professional body organisations; The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I invite you to book a complimentary, no obligation, call with me via my website so we can look at the best next steps for you on your health journey. Thanks, Grace.

Training, qualifications & experience

I successfully completed a 3 year course in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine graduation with Distinction and have been practicing and seeing clients in clinic since then. I've also been living with Coeliacc Disease since 2009 & have been gluten-free ever since!

My training meets the criteria National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy. I also undertake regular Continuing Professional Development to ensure I'm continuing to practice at the highest level as a healthcare provider.

I also have a BA Hons (1st Class Honours in Spanish and Business) and an MSc (Top Performing Student Prize in HR Management).
